APRIL 18, 2009 , MANILA CITY, PHILIPPINES - FORMER PRESIDENT JOSEPH " ERAP " ESTRADA  READING A WELCOME SONG FOR HIM AS HE CELEBRATED HIS 70TH BIRTHDAY IN ASSOCIATION DE DAMAS DE FILIPINAS WITH THE CHILDREN AND CARE TAKERS OF , A TALK ABOUT ORPHANAGE WHICH WAS FUNDED BY ESTRADA ON HIS TERM TO BE RENOVATED IN 45 DAYS AFTER IT WAS BURNED LAST DECEMBER 3, 1998 WITH 29 PERISHED CHILDREN AND CARE TAKERS. IT HAS BEEN HIS EFFORTS TO CELEBRATE HIS BIRTHDAY EVERY YEAR ON THE SAID ORPHANAGE.
